To connect to the probe, the following prerequisites must be met:
- Your smartphone’s wifi is enabled
- The application has access to your geographical position and to your camera
- The probe is switched on
If, despite these prerequisites, the connection between the probe and the application fails, there are several possibilities:
- If the probe's Wifi network is not detected: the probe has probably switched off because you took too long to connect. In this case, we advise you to restart the probe and try again.
- If the probe's Wifi network is detected but the connection fails: your phone's Wifi settings are probably incorrect. In this case, you need to enable automatic connection in your Wifi's settings when the probe's Wifi network is nearby. Once you've done this, you can try connecting to the probe again. Depending on your smartphone model, the application may ask for confirmation of connection to a Wifi network without Internet access.
