From the echOpen ON application, media synchronization is automatic at the end of the consultation if :
- The probe is disconnected
- You have an Internet connection.
Remember to check your backup preferences in the application settings: you can choose to synchronize your media at all times (Wifi or mobile data) or only on Wifi.
If you don't have an Internet connection, don't worry. Synchronization will take place automatically the next time you open the application with an Internet connection.
